White Owl whiskey. The lime and ginger one. It's not as good as the spiced or regular White Owl... the lime just isn't a flavour that belongs in whiskey, imo. The ginger is an interesting touch, though.

I'm actually not much of a drinker, but I loved the atmosphere of the brewery. I also found the twin of my own bike among the frames hanging over the bar (old Peugeot).
